At The Official Kangol Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original Kangol tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
